Your data, guarded.

When you request a demo we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, role if you share it, and anything you write in the message field. That is the lot.

To respond to your request and arrange the demo you asked for. We process it on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Demo-request details are retained for twelve months from submission, then erased. If you become a customer, your data is governed by your agreement with us instead.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it at any time: email privacy@huntermoon.ai and we will action it.
