Your data, guarded.

This notice explains what we collect and how we handle it — for visitors to this site, people who request a demo, and users of the Hunter Moon platform. Hunter Moon is an AI new-logo-hunting platform for B2B sales teams: it finds, scores and surfaces net-new prospect companies from public sources and from a customer’s connected CRM. Where we process personal data on a customer’s behalf inside their account, we act as their processor and follow their instructions and our agreement with them.

• When you contact us or request a demo: your name, work email, company, role if you share it, and anything you write in the message field.
• Your account, if you use the platform: name, work email, role, authentication credentials, and your in-product settings and preferences.
• Data the platform processes for customers: business account and contact information about prospect companies — gathered from PUBLIC sources (company websites, news, public filings and registries) and from your connected CRM — plus the signals and scores Hunter derives, and usage/activity within the product.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange the demo you asked for.
• To provide and operate the platform — finding, scoring and surfacing net-new prospects, and the features you use.
• To secure, maintain and improve the service.
• To meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations.

We rely on your consent when you submit the demo form; on contract to provide the platform to customers; and on our legitimate interests in B2B prospecting on public business information, in securing the service, and in improving it — balanced against your rights.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use vetted subprocessors who operate the service on our behalf under contract — cloud hosting, AI model providers, transactional email, error/analytics tooling, and contact-data enrichment. We disclose data only when the law requires it. A current subprocessor list is available on request.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is least-privilege and audited, and customer data is isolated per tenant. We review our controls on an ongoing basis. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is a first-order concern.

Demo-request details are retained for twelve months from submission, then erased. Account and customer data are kept for the life of the account and a short wind-down window thereafter, or as set out in your agreement with us. Public-source prospect data is refreshed and pruned over time. If you become a customer, your data is governed by your agreement with us.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or object to or restrict certain processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time: email privacy@huntermoon.aiand we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority. Where data sits inside a customer’s account, we act on that customer’s instruction and will route your request to them.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the app, and minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
