The terms.

By using this site or the Hunter Moon platform you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Customers’ use is also governed by a written master agreement, which prevails if anything here conflicts with it.

Hunter Moon is an AI new-logo-hunting platform for B2B sales teams — it finds, scores and surfaces net-new prospect companies from public sources and from a customer’s connected CRM. The platform is provided to customers under a written agreement. This public site and its demo-request form are informational.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure, give us accurate information, and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Use the site and service lawfully. Do not probe, scrape, overload or attempt to breach them; do not submit data you do not have the right to share; and do not use the outputs to harass anyone or in violation of applicable data-protection or anti-spam law. Respect any usage and rate limits.

We own the platform, its software, models and our other intellectual property; you receive a limited right to use it in line with your agreement. The Hunter Moon name and marks are ours.

You retain ownership of the data you provide and the content you create. You grant us the licence needed to process it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and a lawful basis for the data you connect (for example, CRM contacts). We handle personal data as described in our Privacy notice and, for customers, the data-processing agreement.

The site, and to the extent permitted by law the service, are provided “as is”. Hunter surfaces intelligence, signals and suggestions — not guaranteed outcomes; signal and score accuracy is not warranted. You remain responsible for your sales and compliance decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is capped as set out in the customer agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or for legal or security reasons; customers’ termination rights are set out in their agreement. On termination your right to use the service ends, and data is handled per your agreement and the Privacy notice.

These terms are governed by the law specified in the customer agreement; for site use absent an agreement, the governing law and venue are to be confirmed by legalbefore launch.

We may update these terms; we will note material changes, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
